You join a small, invitation-only Rebound Circle of carefully matched agencies. Everyone contributes their unclosed leads. Everyone works each other's leads. When a lead closes, the commission is split fairly.

Step One
Contribute.

Submit your unclosed leads to your private Rebound Circle — prospects you already quoted who didn't close. Active contribution keeps the Circle healthy and fair for every member.

Step Two
Work.

Every member of your Rebound Circle works every lead simultaneously. Because members hold different carrier appointments, a lead that didn't fit you may be exactly right for someone else in your Circle.

Step Three
Earn — two ways.

When a Circle member closes your lead, you earn a 25% referral fee automatically. When you close a Circle lead, you earn 75% of first-year commissions — plus 100% of all renewal commissions, every year after that.
